Hope everyone's having a decent week. I've been lurking around these forums for a while now and finally decided to post because I'm at that stage where I need to make a decision about where to take my car and I could really use some honest input. I've got a 2019 Mercedes C43 that's due for its 60k service and I've been going back and forth between just sucking it up and paying dealer prices or trying an independent garage for the first time. I've heard mixed things about workshops in Musaffah, some people swear by them and others have had absolute nightmares, so I'm trying to do my homework properly this time rather than just picking the cheapest option. I came across a workshop that seems to specialize in German cars and I wanted to find out more about Exotic Auto Services in Abu Dhabi before I commit to booking anything. The reviews I've seen online seem mostly positive but I always take those with a pinch of salt because you never know which ones are genuine and which ones are just from mates of the owner. Has anyone here actually used them for service work or repairs? I'm particularly interested in whether they use genuine parts and proper spec oil because I'm a bit particular about that stuff. Any feedback, good or bad, would be really helpful at this point because I'm properly stuck on what to do. Cheers in advance.
