Key / Button bindings

Hi all, here is a quick overview of the keys / buttons used in SAMA. 

These can all be modified in the settings / control window that you can access by pressing ESC on the keyboard, or the "Start" button on Xbox controller, or the "Options" button on PS4 controller.

We've now added a button in the settings to change all the controller button bindings to a more 'Twin Stick' like setup.

Hopefully that will help some of our players who wanted that kind of controller setup.

Ever struggle with finding the right control scheme for a sports game? I used to! I tried every setting, but ultimately found that a simpler, two-button setup worked best for me.
